-
Ensure their child completes missed coursework at home if absent.
-
Understand that Beyond Alphabets is not responsible for making up missed instructional time.
-
-
Additional resources or personalized modifications may incur extra costs.
-
Students are welcome to bring their own homework from their charter schools, which can be completed with the support of Beyond Alphabets teachers. Additionally, Beyond Alphabets will provide its own curriculum and worksheets to further enhance learning. However, parents understand that consistent collaboration between Beyond Alphabets and guardians is essential for their child's academic progress. Beyond Alphabets encourages parents to actively monitor and support their child’s homework, assignments, and test preparation at home. Since the program is not a full-time school setup, it is important for guardians to provide extra reinforcement and practice to ensure their child's continued growth and success.
6. Homeschool Tution Policy:
-
Tuition and registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. These fees are due once per academic year.
-
For charter school enrollments on a monthly schedule, guardians must send a screenshot of the monthly request to Beyond Alphabets by the 15th of each month for the following month.
-
For semester enrollments, guardians must submit two requests per semester, including separate payments for registration fees and material fees. A screenshot of each semester request should also be sent to Beyond Alphabets.
-
For charter school enrollments, we recommend paying semester fees to ensure timely payments, avoid late fees, and secure your child’s spot.
-
There is a $200 annual registration/material fee that covers school supplies, curriculum, and workbooks. Guardians may be charged on either a semester or annual basis.
Private pay families:
-
Tuition must be paid before the first day of the following month to avoid late fees.
-
Enrollment fees are due by the first class of the semester, unless using charter school funds.
-
Charter school vouchers, certificates, or purchase orders must be submitted before the first class.
-
No refunds or make-up sessions are offered for absences or holiday closures.
Withdrawal Policy:
If for any reason your child will no longer be attending Beyond Alphabets, guardians are responsible for submitting a formal letter to Beyond Alphabets, detailing the request to terminate enrollment. The letter must be submitted 30 days in advance. Failure to provide the required notice will result in the full tuition being payable out-of-pocket by the parents.
